How can foodservice providers manage multiple clients?

Each client organization manages its own members and Meal Programs. The provider receives every client’s requirement in one place, plans production across its kitchens, dispatches deliveries, records client acceptance and reconciles ordered, delivered and served quantities.

The problem

Requirements arrive late and in different formats

Caterers collect numbers by phone, email and chat, often after cutoff. Kitchens guess, deliveries are disputed and month-end billing depends on whose spreadsheet is right.

  • Late changes after cutoff
  • Over- or under-production
  • Delivery disputes
  • Manual reconciliation and billing

How it works

How will Provider Operations work?

A provider organization connects to client organizations through Service Agreements. Client demand becomes provider requirements automatically at cutoff, then a production plan per kitchen, dispatch, delivery, client acceptance and reconciliation.

  1. Client Demand
  2. Service Agreement
  3. Production Plan
  4. Kitchen
  5. Dispatch & Delivery
  6. Acceptance
  7. Reconciliation
