What is employee meal management software?
Employee meal management software keeps track of which employees are eligible for meals, how many meals the kitchen or caterer must prepare, who actually received a meal, and the resulting subsidies and payroll deductions. MealSecretary does this with recurring Meal Programs instead of daily spreadsheets.

How it works
How does MealSecretary manage employee meals?
Add employees once (they don’t need accounts), enroll them in a Meal Program, and MealSecretary calculates each day’s meals from the calendar, pauses, leave and extra orders. At the counter, cards or Employee IDs are checked against today’s allocation. Charges flow into a payroll period for approval and export.

Questions
Do employees need to install an app?
No. Employees without accounts are fully supported. Those who want to pause meals or see their history can create an account from any browser and link to their existing record.
Can we keep using our existing employee ID cards?
Yes. You can register existing employee card numbers, or print MealSecretary cards with barcodes or QR codes. The Employee ID itself stays separate from the card.
How do subsidies work?
Set the meal price and the company subsidy. Each served meal records the employee share and the company share in force that day, so later price changes never rewrite history.
How much does it cost?
