These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MealSecretary website and platform provided by MealSecretary — Institutional Meal & Catering Management. By creating an account or using MealSecretary you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by people you delegate access to. One person may hold one account and use it in several contexts.

Organizations

If you create or manage an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that you have the right to add the people and information you add, including accountless members. The organization is responsible for its members’ institutional records and for how it uses MealSecretary.

Plans and payment

Free plans are provided without charge within their stated limits. Paid plans are billed according to the prices shown on the Pricing page and in the product at the time of billing, including per-active-member charges. Taxes may apply. You can change plans at any time; changes apply from the next billing period unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

• Do not access data you are not authorized to see or attempt to bypass permissions.
• Do not upload unlawful content or personal information you have no right to process.
• Do not interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Feature availability

Some capabilities described on our website are labelled Beta, Coming soon or Planned. They are not part of the service until released, and their details may change.

Nutrition and health information

MealSecretary provides information and decision support. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified professionals.

Liability

MealSecretary is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

Termination

You may stop using MealSecretary at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or put others at risk. Records required for payroll, legal or audit purposes may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
