Pricing questions
What counts as an active member?
A member whose membership is active in your organization during the billing period. Inactive and removed members are not charged.
Why do members without accounts cost a little more?
Members without accounts are managed entirely by your organization—you keep their details, cards and records. Members with their own account manage their own contact details and meals. That is why the price is $0.15 instead of $0.10.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free plans need no payment details. You only add billing details when you choose a paid plan.
What happens if we go over 50 members on the free plan?
Your dashboard shows active members against the limit. When the limit is reached, new members cannot be added until you upgrade to Organization Standard from your organization’s subscription page. Existing members keep working.
Do I need a demo or a sales call?
No. Create an account and start configuring immediately. Contact us only for special enterprise requirements such as custom agreements, SSO, data residency or migration.
Can one person use several plans?
Yes. One account can have a personal plan, belong to organizations and later run a professional workspace. Each organization or workspace has its own plan.
