What is MealSecretary for professionals?
It is a workspace where an eligible nutrition professional sees, with consent, what a client actually ate—from institutional meals at work, school or hospital and from the client’s own food log—and turns it into plans, notes, reports and follow-ups.
Who it is for
Built for the people who advise on food
Nutritionists
Work with clients’ real intake instead of recalled food diaries, and track progress against plans.
Dietitians
Review institutional meals and consumption, flag nutrient gaps and coordinate with foodservice.
Doctors
See dietary context and trends for patients who choose to share them, alongside your own notes.
Independent practitioners and professionals inside organizations both use the same professional profile.
What you can do
Your clients’ actual intake, in one place
Subject to each client’s authorization, workflows can include:
- Meal History
- Actual Consumption
- Nutrient Intake
- Dietary Information
- Measurements
- Plans
- Trends
- Reports
- Notes
- Follow-up
Unlimited clients—even on Professional Free.
Clients decide which parts you can see. Institutional and personal records stay separate.
Access & consent
Professional status is not access
Being a verified professional does not automatically grant access to anyone’s personal nutrition information. Identity, verification and access permissions remain separate. Access starts only when a client agrees.
- Client connects with you
- Client chooses what to share
- You see only that data
- Every view is recorded
- Client can revoke anytime
