How does factory canteen management work?
Each shift has its own meal window and eligible workers. MealSecretary combines enrollment, the calendar, pauses, leave, overtime and additional meals to estimate each shift’s demand, then verifies every serve at the counter by card or Employee ID and turns meals into payroll deductions.

How it works
How does MealSecretary handle factory meals?
Import workers with Employee IDs and departments, create a Meal Program per shift, and issue cards. Supervisors add overtime meals before cutoff. At the counter, each scan takes about a second and blocks duplicates. Deductions are grouped by Employee ID and payroll period.

Questions
How fast is serving at the counter?
A scan identifies the worker, checks today’s allocation and serving history and shows the result immediately. Counters can use any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner that types into the browser.
Can different shifts have different meals and prices?
Yes. Create a Meal Program per shift with its own serving window, cutoff and price type, including overtime meals.
Can it use our attendance system?
Attendance integration is planned. Today, leave and absence are recorded as pauses, either by the worker or by an administrator.
What if a worker loses their card?
Issue a new card in seconds. The old card stops working and the worker keeps the same Employee ID and history.
